What is worse than captial punishment

Dont get confused with the Title of the post
we are not discussing about the capital punishment which is meant to be awarded to the criminals who commit heinous crimes , but a subtle and a most
cruel punishment which is being awarded to most of the fellow techies .

ie ,the process in which a young and energetic techie will be hired by a Big Company , and in the next phase , they ruin his life by making him sitting idle .

I think most of the people who had the time to read this post , have been in this
kind of phase atleast once in their lifetime , I here by pay a tribute(or homage ?) to those disgruntled souls
